As if from the clouds, restless
Twelve months, an explorer
Four Rainbow Lorikeets (Trichoglossus haematodus) who visited my garden one summer’s day
Misreadings
Lest you missed our recent newsletter, or have some form of short term memory, Gracia and I have a quartet of zines to introduce you to.
This Sunday to Sticky's Annual Zine Fair, as part of their Festival of the Photocopier, we're bringing with us four brand new zines to our stall table. Alongside earlier titles, at the Melbourne Town Hall, we will be unleashing:
As if from the clouds, restless (2014)
Twelve months, an explorer (2014)
Four Rainbow Lorikeets (Trichoglossus haematodus) who visited my garden one summer’s day (2014)
Misreadings (2014)
Sticky Institute Zine Fair 2014
Melbourne Town Hall
Sunday 9th February, 2014
12noon–4pm
As always, for those of you who can't make it along in person to the fair, all four of these titles are now available through our online store.
Also, Gracia's collaged artists' book Under the water, with a two-colour eye-glass, something similar, which is currently on display at the Maroondah Art Gallery as part of the group exhibition, has just been acquired for collection by the Monash University Library (Caulfield Campus). So before it heads to the library replete with its 3D glasses to make the mermaids 'pop' and the parrots 'leap', head to the gallery to see it with your own eyes. An edition of my A Flight of Twelve Southern Hemisphere Birds has also been aquired, and we are both delighted.

Transforming Artists Books: What Do You Want to Make Today?
(This was the scene in the studio yesterday, and this was the scene earlier today, and I think I may have left a little of my operational brain out on the front veranda. Forgive me, my 'little grey cells' and my arms are feeling more than a little tired.)
