Though we’d rather leave our works on the wall for many weeks longer, In Your Dreams prepares to enter its very last week. Come Sunday the 8th of June, at 5pm, Louise’s fantastical Great Auks will be taken down and stored away, and my concertina artists’ books compressed like the bellows of a squeezebox. But what we will perhaps inadvertently leave in the gallery is a little tuft of kitten hair, for last week we took little Lenni to the gallery to see our installation that references (in the text, specifically) his Siamese successor, dear Omar.
{Earlier today at the gallery, we checked our Great Auks were behaving.}
{Lenni and the Artists' Books performing once a blue moon. (A Siamese cat In Your Dreams)}
{Even with Whipped Cream, Lenni is not quite sure about the gallery and all its noise.}
{And we checked that the borrowed costume of Petrouchka and the headdress of a seahorse from Sadko didn't need a spot clean.}

+ A familiar Tube-nosed Fruit Bat becomes a daily drawing (from the artists' book Tumbling lightly, tumbling fast (II))
