{Our Charms of the Gloaming can be seen in the Port Jackson Press Print Room's Little Window of Opportunity for every day and night that remains this month of November.}
The afternoon has legs and is interested in racing to meet the early evening. It is a gallop to yesterday’s slow reveal (as I watched the states of America on a map turn either blue or red). It is an afternoon perfect to share with you a few page details from Louise and my most recent collaborative artists’ book, Beneath the Screen of Closed Eyelids (Port-Said), 2012. It is a book which was lovingly bound like a squeezebox by Louise. Each view you see once was but a single colour. Louise with her jam jar of coloured pencils gave the fortunate residents a rose-tinted sky. They are forever in dusk-tinged state; they are, naturally, a part of our Charms of the Gloaming.

+ Should you find time to press your nose to the glass to see our work in window assembled, do let us know. We've taken delight driving past and upon occasion sighting one or two people taking photos of our work with their iPhones (or similar). Or to see on instagram, small details, like this one, of Louise's drawings in flight harnessed by Gwendolynne.
+ We've several of our prints, from golden fox friends to star gazers and bemused elepants held willingly within the deep and handsome drawers inside the gallery too, should you be keen.
+ Cup Day triumph amidst the carpet carnage. Yes, a great day all round.
