{Tumble and fall (III). Collage for A Galaxy of Stars.}
Remote and incandescent, stars hang in the night sky, luminous and fixed, held by their own gravity. Whether you look upon them for a little celestial navigation and orientation or to make a wish upon one, they are billions of years old and they feature today over on The Fox and the Hare.

Do you ever feel as though you were placed in the wrong era? I do, and often. The things I fall for seem to be from a period long ago, one I never saw with my own eyes thereby adding to mysterious allure. Lately I have been listening to a great deal of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Igor Stravinsky, Frédéric Chopin, et al., enjoying the visual narratives I see in my mind's eye whenever I hear their music. Music should make your skin tingle and your heart rate quicken. I don’t normally listen to music when I work, but I do when it comes to the gluing stage of most collage pieces.
+ Seeing this framed and enjoyed made me smile.
