through the round window?
Only two mice drawings visible through the peephole today. Tomorrow, I promise you the moon... well, maybe.
In the meantime, why don't you read about Laika the Dog sent to orbit the Earth in space aboard the Sputnik II (November 3, 1957), and some of her K9 cosmonaut companions.
Head to the Earth & Moon Viewer to see what Belka and Strelka couldn't quite see from their space dog boxes.

i just continue to love your mice drawings. a mice zine in the works perhaps? sure do hope so!

That article on Russian space dogs is a perfect pet name resource! Dezik, Tsygan and Lisa, Lysa and Ryjik, Smelaya and Malyshka, Bolik and ZIB, Otvazhnaya and Snezhinka, Albina and Tsyganka, Damka and Krasavka. I think Bolik and ZIB are my favourites... oh wait but wouldn't a little puppy named Snezhinka be cute! People already give me such a hard time about my little Soviet...
Cheers!!

I love that website. Kind of strange sitting at my desk at work, viewing it all from so far away. More mice please!

The Canadian group Moxy Fruvous made a song about Laika. I can't recall the name right now, but they are good!
