The Melbourne International Film Festival is well and truly over but I had promised to draw you all a bunting after watching Silent Souls way back when. I have actually drawn a Black-headed bunting (Emberiza melanocephala), which is a slightly more colourful relative of the ones that starred in the film.
Looking back for a second longer, I thought you would also like to see my MIFF ticket book at festival close. It now sports a slightly aged cover and torn ticket edges.
Something ahead now instead of behind. This Sunday I will be at the North Melbourne Market on a stall with Gracia and Thelma. Gracia and I will have our cards and notebooks available for all and Thelma will have a plentiful selection of stuffies, scarves and pins. So please swing by if you are in the area. We will be at table 14 in the ballroom.
