When either a funding proposal for a new body of work or an exhibition application needs to be drawn, I invariably end up organising the shelves in the studio and Gracia tinkers on the code of our web site. It has a little to do with the art of procrastination and a lot to do with getting one's house in order.
These past few days Gracia has rebuilt our web site in its entirety. With more images, larger photos, less clutter and an increase in line height for the text. Catalogue essays and interview pages have been neatened and it all looks great. She has beavered away on the code, altering parts of html that are a foreign language to me. I am in awe of her skill.
It has been great to see our earlier work and to realise we've made more than I thought. It is heartening to see that so many zines have been made of late. Yep, sometimes it's nice to look back.
