polar bears make a come back

It’s the last day of September and I thought a good way to mark the day was to post a few of my recent polar bear drawings.

Where to now.

Other than drawing I've spent the last days wrapping orders, gluing journals, and folding cards. I was also able to sneak in time to watch the footy grand final.

My Sunday afternoon has now slipped away and night is here, so I'd best be off. There's a documentary on whale migration that I'm looking forward to watching and I have a long list of hammer & daisy jobs to complete before then. I’ll leave you now with a photo of two of Thelma’s stuffies in the window of Arthur’s Circus. It’s a new store in North Melbourne that’s just bought a whole family of stuffies, and pins, too. These two graced the front window on a very windy Friday.

Oh I’m glad the polar bears have made a come back as well. I’ve really enjoyed drawing them again. I spun past Arthur’s Circus again today and the stuffies were still sitting there in the window smiling away to the passing traffic. They still make me chuckle when I see them. There are some brand new ones that Gracia and I picked up today to photograph and sell. They seem to be getting better and better.
